The Administrative Assistant provides support to the CEO owner in a variety of responsibilities and will handle payables processing and administrative support for operated real estate portfolio in San Diego and Texas. Day to day responsibilities include processing payables, files organization, mail pick up and documents filing.

We are looking for a detail-oriented person who can move between tasks with ease, has the ability to work under pressure and a with a positive work attitude to join our team. Excellent customer service skills are a must.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Perform administrative duties
• Provide daily support to owner in operated real estate portfolio
• Process Payables Invoices
• Sort and distribute all lease documents, resident and property notices received
• Handle all confidential material and correspondence in a professional manner
• Process all forms, reports, and administrative information
• Welcome and assist with phone inquiries
• Handle correspondence, telephone contacts, and incoming mail, including confidential materials, in a professional manner
• Provide support to internal team as needed

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provide administrative support to the owner
• Ensure Payable Invoices are processed accurately and in a timely manner
• Maintain correspondence files
• Work with team to resolve property management issues if any
• Answer telephone as required

SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
• 2–3-year business administration experience
• Previous experience with Property Management in a multi-family community an asset is an advantage
• High school diploma or currently enrolled in college
• Stay home mom looking for work can also apply
• Great oral and written communication skills
• Reliable transportation a must
• Dress code business professional

Job Type: Part-time (Full time available based on performance)
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Schedule:
• 6-10 hours per week
• Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday: 1-pm – 4pm
• Weekend availability as needed
