JOB DESCRIPTION
We Meriton hotel are looking for an Assistant Manager in the Front Office team. This is a great opportunity to work within a strong team to develop your career in a supportive and fun environment.
The Role:
Leading the check in, checkout experience with the Front Office team
Lead the Front Office & Concierge team in enrolment of hotel loyalty program
Effectively communicating with all other departments including maintaining the daily reports, and leading the operation briefings for the team
Ensure a memorable experience for all guests, making everyone feel welcome and feel valued
Bringing energy and “can do” attitude to the Lobby and team
Ideally you will have
Previous experience with Opera
Experience in a similar role
Strong communications and listening skills
The ability to easily build rapport with team members and guests essential
Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate
Must have First Aid certificate
Drivers Licence (C Class)
