Skills
8+ years of electrical engineering design experience in building services and construction industry
Proficiency in design software such as Revit
Familiarity with computational analysis tools for electrical fault analysis and lighting design
Excellent technical knowledge of electrical systems
Strong client-facing and communication skills, with experience presenting to c-suite stakeholders
Ability to lead projects and mentor junior engineers
Responsibilities
Collaborate with clients, architects, and other engineers on various projects
Produce detailed design drawings, electronic models, and specifications
Manage the workload of Project Discipline Engineers and Technicians
Prepare technical specifications and monitor the financial performance of projects
Mentor junior Electrical Engineers and ensure adherence to compliance and building codes
Organize technical and financial proposals for new work
Maintain an overview of the project teams workload and commitments
Qualifications
Relevant bachelors or masters degree in Electrical Engineering
Professional Engineer (P.E.) certification preferred
LEED AP accreditation preferred
Strong background in large project sectors such as Higher Education, Museums, and Transportation Hubs
Education Requirements
Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
Education Requirements Credential Category
Bachelors degree or higher in a relevant field is required
Experience Requirements
At least 8 years of electrical engineering design experience in commercial and large-scale projects

5. Do you have LEED AP Accreditation: Accreditation as a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Accredited Professional demonstrates expertise in sustainable design practices. - preferred
