As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer service while providing support and guidance on our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from clients, addressing their requests and inquiries with professionalism and empathy
- Build relationships with clients by actively listening and understanding their financial needs, and providing tailored solutions and recommendations
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients in our CRM system
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex client issues in a timely manner
- Proactively identify opportunities for improvement in processes and procedures to enhance the overall customer experience
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and Fidelity's products and services to effectively assist clients with their investment decisions
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals, including customer satisfaction and retention rates
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
- 1-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or financial services environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proficient in using customer databases and Microsoft Office
- Series 7 and 63 licenses preferred or willingness to obtain within the first 120 days of employment
