Position: Enterprise Data Architect / Sr. Data Architect
Location: TX or Remote
Type: Contract
Job Description:
Experience: 12+ years
1. Minimum 6 years in a Data Architect role supporting warehouse and big data
platforms/environments.
2. Minimum 2 years? experience working in Enterprise Data Architect role
including with Cloud data platforms.
3. Deep understanding of data flows, data taxonomy and organization, data
lineage, data virtualization.
4. Strong Data Management and Data Governance knowledge and implementation
experience.
5. Experience with implementing data security frameworks and enterprise data
architecture best practices.
6. Experience creating high level and detailed enterprise data architecture &
design documentation.
7. Strong data design experience & knowledge that can be applied to big data
architectures and cloud data lake environments, (i.e. Very strong data analysis
& design experience on Teradata and GCP platforms for curation and analytics
use cases)
8. Experience working collaboratively with clients, developers, and
architecture teams understanding requirements to design and implement
enterprise level data solutions.
9. GCP (including Big Query) & Teradata implementation experience is required.
10. Excellent verbal and written communication skills is a must.
