Job Summary:
We are seeking highly motivated and outgoing individuals to join our team as a Field Sales Rep/Canvasser. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential customers and promoting our products or services through door-to-door canvassing. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:
• Engage with potential customers strategically, by starting conversations with Home Owners
• Promote our products or services and answer any questions potential customers may have – become a product expert
• Collect customer information and set solid appointments for your team
• Meet daily & weekly quotas
• Attend regular team meetings and training sessions

Requirements:
• Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong work ethic and self-motivation
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time
