Permanent grounds assistant role available working as part of a small team based in a rural location just outside of Stamford.
The role involves basic grounds maintenance in terms of mowing, strimming, weeding plus at certain times of the year some assisting routine building maintenance such as outdoor wood staining, painting of railings, leaf collection.
The applicant must be happy working outdoors and be capable of working both on their own and as part of a small team. Experience of basic activities such as mowing and strimming would be helpful although further training will be provided.
Driving licence and own vehicle essential due to rural location.
This is an employed position with 28 days holiday and company pension. A competitive salary is on offer depending on experience starting at £11.50 ph.
