My name is Chris and I am the CEO at Your Conversion Partners - a high-end direct response copywriting agency. We use collaboration to come up with the most creative work possible. We move fast with clients, get data, and continue to optimize for maximum results.

We are looking to hire a highly motivated Head of Operations who has experience confidently working with a team of copywriters or creatives as well as managing the day-to-day operations of the company. Someone who is people-oriented and can thrive in a fast-growing environment. Lastly, someone who is passionate about operations who can lead and manage teams as well as scale processes and SOPs.

This is a full-time remote position.


We are looking for a Head of Operations specifically with these requirements:

Excellent written and verbal English communications skills
Has at least 3+ years of experience in an Operations leadership position
Experience managing and leading copywriters, copy team
Experience building and scaling processes and operations to create SOPs
Has experience dealing with client services: client onboarding and management
Track record of leading and managing teams and have delivered high impact projects in short timelines
Has experience with business development
Has a background in HR: recruitment, training, and employee development
Has experience with documentation and has a background in creating contracts using templates
Familiar with tools like ClickUp and communication platforms like Slack


Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

Directly oversee and manage the company’s day-to-day operations (both copywriting and non-copywriting teams), and employee productivity.
Coordinate with copywriters (ensuring deadlines are set, supporting them if needed, making sure new projects that come in are assigned correctly and prioritized, etc)
Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and policies that promote company culture and vision
Work with the Finance team: Management and distribution of funds, and ensuring invoices are set up correctly and paid monthly
Client relations and management: Conduct negotiations and onboarding of clients
Creation of new contracts (taking a pre-made template and filling in the appropriate details)
Documentation and uploading calls to the appropriate folder
Business development
Ensure effective recruiting, onboarding, professional development, performance management, and retention of employees
Intermittently coordinating with tech contractors
Assist in organizing events as well as onboard and manage new mentees and advanced mentoring group
