JOB DESCRIPTION
OVERVIEW
Our key client is experiencing tremendous growth and is adding to their software engineering team. We are hiring multiple Java Developers for a direct hire role in Fort Meade, MD.
PAY:
• $140K - 220K DOE
LOCATION:
• Fort Meade, MD
REQUIREMENTS:
• You must have at least a Top-Secret clearance (no exemptions)
• 7+ years experience as in software development. (If you are not degreed must have 5 years more of experience for a total of 12)
• This is a more senior level to handle all aspects of the development lifecycle.
REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS COULD INCLUDE EXPERIENCE WITH:
• Java (1.8)
• Spring Boot, Spring Data
• MongoDB (3.6 and above)
• Apache Tomcat
• Git
• Developing in a Linux environment
• Familiarity working in an Agile environment
• Apache Kafka
• Apache NiFi
• Angular 6 or above
EDUCATION:
• Must have a Bachelor\'s Degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
• Five years of additional work experience can be substituted in lieu of a degree.
CLEARANCE:
• Must (client will verify)
• Candidates must have a Top Secret clearance w/fullscope polygraph
