We are looking for an Office Clerk to help support our administrative team and expand our company's operation. The ideal candidate for this position will have extensive knowledge of our systems and processes and will be a self-starter capable of working independently. We're interested in hiring an efficient and detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills and a talent for prioritizing tasks from multiple teams.

Responsibilities:

Work at an office.
Answer phones.
Take messages.
Greet customers and employees.
Filing documents.
Arrange meetings.
Input data into enterprise resource planning system.
Handle inquiries made via the phone, fax, email, and standard mail.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary

Salary: $15.50 per hour

8 hour shift
