Part Time IT Tech Support needs 2+ years experience
Part Time IT Tech Support requires:
Mondays and Thursdays from 6:00 pm EST to 3:00 am EST
3-4 weeks during normal business hours (7:30 am EST-4:30 pm EST) Monday through Thursdays
Part Time IT Tech Support duties:
Install, repair, maintains, replace, and/or fixes hardware and software and assists with end user configuration.
Incorporate external ideas into work to improve productivity when possible and appropriate.
Communicate and share technical discoveries and improvements.
Resolves incidents (Trouble Tickets) and change requests (CRs) within committed service levels.
Collects meaningful information required to resolve incidents raised by business partners or system users.
Executes change requests in compliance with local change control procedures.
Supports the recording and reporting of status of items and modification requests.
