PC System Administrator needs 3 years’ PC/hardware support experience
PC System Administrator requires:
 College Degree in Computer Science or equivalent working experience.
 Minimum of 3 year of professional experience supporting Senior Level Executives
 Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
 Experience with Windows 10, Office 365, MS Teams, OneDrive, Apple OS, Android devices and configuring and deploying Mac computers
 Experience with configuring up and supporting Video Conferencing equipment.
 Strong technical skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve issues quickly
 Able to participate in on-call rotation and off hours support as required
 Experience working with Service Now (SNOW) or other ticketing system
 Provide smart hands for networking equipment and VC Equipment.
 Experience with Microsoft Azure/Intune administration.
 Experience with Microsoft Active Directory and understanding of permissions
 Onsite - 8-5; some off hour support when needed
 High-level, broad technical knowledge for daily troubleshooting; network configuration skills; and a wide spectrum of IT expertise.
