Job Description
We are helping a local manufacturing company to find an HR Generalist. This is a great opportunity to advance your Human Resources skills and knowledge.
Pay Rate for this Job is $22/Hour
Shift Timing - 1st Shift (Day).
Responsibilities Include:

• Recruit and screen applicants in support of department managers.
• Provide new employee orientation training and benefit processing.
• Be the company Cheerleader to promote a positive work environment.
• Mentor shift supervisors and help with disciplinary activities.
• Administer training programs and records
• Administer HR record keeping
• Act as point of contact and corporate interface for benefits and workers' compensation programs.
• Maintain files of important records

Qualifications:
Education:

• AA Degree and 2-3 years' experience minimum

Experience:

• Working knowledge of HR practices and OSHA requirements.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work with others.
• Background check and drug screening required
• Split time between in office and remote
