Min 5 - 8 years of experience in IT Recruitment.
Experience into Social Media Hiring
Should have multiple Recruitment & Sourcing Strategies
Should have in-depth knowledge on IT Skills & Niche Market
Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
Good Understanding of Technology Stack
Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
Serve as contact person for questions from candidates
Experience into NON IT Hiring is an added advantage
