Location: ATLANTA, GEORGIA (ONSITE DAY 1)

Job Summary/Responsibilities
Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP HCM End to end implantation, Roll out,
Upgrade, Production support, Migration and Conversion project
Good understanding of business processes in HCM and experience in Personnel
Administration, Organizational Management, Time and Payroll modules
Development experience in HCM Process & forms, Workflow, HR Forms, Interface
Design and OData,
Good proficiency in problem solving, root cause analysis, gap analysis,
configuration, customization, integration testing, system testing and go live
support
Participate in requirement gathering sessions, work closely with the
functional team and business stack holders to understand the requirement and
prepare detail design document
Work with Quality Assurance team to conduct functional testing of implemented
application
Excellent experience in Production monitoring like Batch Job, ABAP dump,
IDOC, Queue, PI Messages
Experience in Ticket tracking and Agile tool is added advantage.
