Immediate Full Time Temporary position available in our Albany, NY Branch Office of Visiting Nurses Home Care. The Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for scheduling visits for Personal Care Aides and Home Health Aides in the homes of the patients that we serve in our community. Other duties include but are not limited to processing referrals, cultivating relationships with referral sources and field employees, preparing reports, and providing coverage for rotating on-call responsibilities.
Minimum of a high school diploma required. This candidate should possess strong organizational and communication skills, with results oriented and problem solving skills necessary to achieve agency goals. You must enjoy a fast paced team work environment with the ability to consistently multi task. Excellent customer service skills are required. At least one year of experience working in an office environment preferred. Computer proficiency necessary. This position may require occasional travel to our other branch offices.
