We are seeking an Experienced Service Manager to lead our service department. This role involves supervising a team of service technicians, overseeing daily operations, and driving department efficiency and profitability.

Responsibilities:
• Lead and supervise a team of service technicians, ensuring efficient and high-quality work that meets company standards.
• Manage the daily operations of the service department, maintaining smooth workflow.
• Develop and execute strategies to boost service department profitability and efficiency.
• Address customer concerns promptly to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Hire, train, and mentor technicians in both technical and sales knowledge.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, effectively communicating with customers, staff, sales teams, and field personnel.
• Monitor and analyze service metrics, implementing necessary improvements.
• Ensure technicians accurately and efficiently document all jobs per company requirements.
• Stay informed on the latest technologies and products in the HVAC industry.

Qualifications:
• 3–5 years of HVAC Service Management experience.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• Solid mechanical and technical knowledge.
• Proven ability to train and develop technicians.
• Proficiency in computer systems and familiarity with FieldEdge or similar software.
