Multi-Line Agent

I am seeking a few ambitious and passionate individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit to join my elite team of professional insurance agents in the greater Phoenix area. You will manage the sales and marketing of your business, build a community of loyal clients, and be accountable for driving sales performance by connecting with customers, discovering their needs, and educating them on the difference in products and what will best protect their families. You will be in business for yourself, but not by yourself with the support of a 116-year-old established company.

Whether you are an experienced agent or just beginning your career, our innovative paid training will educate you on our product lines, resources, and sales process. Our ongoing mentoring program is designed to provide you with interactive one-on-one support and our continuing education opportunities will help keep you at the top of your game.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Resident having lived in Arizona for at least 2+ years

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required, a degree in finance, business, or marketing, a plus

• Sales experience

• Goal-oriented, self-confidence, interpersonal skills

• Excellent skills in communication and presentation

• Experience in delivering client-focused solutions and creating long-lasting relationships

• Proven track record of success in driving business results, a plus

• Life/Health or Property/Casualty state license (We will help you obtain your license if you currently do not have it or only have one.)
