We are looking for an Office Manager who is a self-starter and has proven relevant experience to the role that highlights their capability to conduct various administrative tasks. The successful candidate should be able to rely on own’s experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, with a wide degree of skills, creativity, and latitude.

Job Specifications:

· Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.

· Ensure efficient and effective office administration

· Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures

· Under general supervision, create and maintain the accounting records for the company using the QuickBooks Online applications

· Reconcile all accounts with QuickBooks as needed. Track the cash balance and alert the owner with regular cash flow reports.

· Customize the company invoice form and other forms, such as sales receipts and estimates if requested.

· Assists in setting up new client accounts

· Maintains financial database records

· Reply to email or phone enquiries

· Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies

· Work with passion and dedication to produce high-quality results of assigned tasks

· Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Job Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in any related field

· Proven admin and office management experience

· Has bookkeeping experience for e-commerce or online retailer

· Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

· Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work

· Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Strong organizational and planning skills

· Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
